Spicy and Sour Soup (酸辣汤)

 SiChuan Pickled Cabbage Fish (四川酸菜鱼)

This is my favorite dish among all! It's sour enough for me. It is cooked with slices of fish and with lots of pickled cabbage. I am almost melt in heart with this super delicious sour soup.

 Stir Fried Shredded Potato with Green Chili (土豆丝炒青椒)

Shredded potato and green chili are cut into slices and stir. This is how eat clean should be. :)
