New Ala-Carte Menu of Chinese Dishes at Lucky Cuisine, Kota Damansara PJ

I rarely take China dishes so this is my very first time to step into a restaurant which serves authentic China dishes. People always say that China cuisines are very big different compared to Malaysian Chinese one. However, the owner of Lucky Cuisine is trying his best to match the taste of the dishes to be similar to local one. Basically, I have tried out all the new dishes and I'm going to share this with you so that you can have some ideas when you are visiting here one day.
Chicken Series
There are various type of chicken dishes available in the new menu. I personally love the ChongQing fried chicken with hot chili so much, it is a hot seller dish at Lucky Cuisine.
ChongQing Fried Chicken with Hot Chili (重庆辣子鸡)
For Chinese, we call this dishes as 'La Zi Ji'. The pieces of chicken is deep fried and there are a lot of hot dry chili on the plate too. It's quite spicy but after consuming for several pieces of them, it actually doesn't taste so spicy after all.
ChongQing Spicy Chicken (重庆口水鸡)
For Chinese, we call this dish as 'saliva chicken', the chicken is first steamed and coated with spicy sauce. The chicken is well steamed till the meat is smooth and soft. This dish is just nice if you don't want to take fried one.
Griddle Cooked Chicken (干锅香辣鸡)
Here is the another spicy dish of chicken. It's dry but the meat is soft and easy to chew.

Pork Series
Sweet & Sour Pork (菠萝咕噜肉)
Sweet & Sour Pork is the most common dish among us. I use to order this at anywhere when I have no idea what to eat. The most annoying part of having sweet & sour pork is that some of their meat is very hard to chew but this one from Lucky Cuisine is really soft and tastes awesome.
Stir Fried Shredded Pork with Special Sauce (鱼香肉丝)
Yeah! This is one of my favorite dish at Lucky Cuisine. It is quite similar to soy sauce style dishes. I love this because it comes with little broth which the dish doesn't look so dry after all.
Steam Spicy Pork Belly (蒜泥白肉)
Who doesn't love pork belly? I love pork belly the most! The pork belly are cut into slices and well steamed. It is then topped with spicy sauce for serving.

Aromatic Spare Ribs (江湖排骨)
Looks spicy right? ^^ Yeah it's spicy and yet it is best to eAt with plain rice.
Stir Fried Pork Intestines with Pickle Pepper (泡椒肥肠)
Stir Fried Intestines with pickle pepper is another special dish created by the chef. My first try on this and it is delicious!
Stir Fried Bacon with Garlic Bolt (炒蒜苔腊肉)
Seafood Series
Butter Prawn (奶油虾)
Butter Prawn is the another common dish at every restaurant and yet it is still one of the favorite dish for everyone.
Griddle Cooked Prawn (干锅香辣虾)
The prawn is cooked in griddle style. It is dry but tastes good! Try it yourself and you will love it.
