Impressive Seafood Dinner at Restaurant Three Brothers, Bandar Pinggiran Subang

Today, I am at around Seksyen U5, Bandar Pinggiran Subang. So when I'm looking for a good restaurant to have my dinner, I spotted Three Brothers Restaurant. The name of the restaurant itself attracts my attention and the dinning environment seems comfortable to me with the indoor dining area with air-conditioning.
Garlic Steam Fresh Oyster
It surprises me when the owner offers me with their signature dish of Garlic Steam Fresh Oyster. I would want to declare that I never take oyster before this but I would say this is the first time in my life to eat oyster. It is prepared with garlic and green onions. It tastes so good as it's so juicy.
As you can see that it is as Big as my hand.
Scramble Egg with Crabmeat
This dish is impressive with the combination of scramble Egg and crabmeat. There is a way to eat this, first to take a piece of vegetable leaf and then put the scramble Egg with Crabmeat onto it. Rinse it with some sauce and eat, super delicious!
Double Boiled Geoduck Soup
What is geoduck? It is a species of very large, edible saltwater clam in the family of Hiatellidae. It looks like the elephant-trunk thus Chinese calls it as the elephant-trunk clam. It is an unique experience for me to try the geoduck for my very first time and yet it tastes so good with the double Boiled soup.

Black Garlic Braised Giant Garoupa
I have never known that braised giant Garoupa could be thus nice. It is cooked with black garlic and bamboo shoots. The bamboo shoots are cut into large pieces thus I can taste the juiciness of it, delicious ever. And, the black garlic is a highlight of this dish to make it as a perfect one.

Roasted Iberico Ribs
I have a feeling that I'm dining in a western restaurant when we are served with this roasted Iberico ribs. I would say thw ribs are premium quality. The meat is juicy and it is easy to be torn off. This Iberico ribs taste super good and flavorful. I am pretty sure that I will come back here again for this delicious ribs.

After having the delicious ribs, here comes the impressive cheesy Baked Seafood. It is unique that the Seafood is baked on a loaf of bread with lots of cheese. Not to say about the Seafood but the bread itself tastes so good with the cheese. I'm satisfied with this amazing dish.

48 Month Iberico De Cebo with Rock Melon and Caviar
It's dessert time! I'm so impressed with the creativity of the chef of this restaurant when this is served. The rock melon is topped with the 48 Month Iberico De Cebo. The combination it's taste of sweetness and saltiness makes this the perfect dessert ever. I can't believe that this is served in a Chinese restaurant.
