Chinese New Year is around the corner. You must be wondering where is the best place to have your reunion dinner. Fei Fei Crab Restaurant has introduced two sets of CNY dinner package. There is not only crabs being selling at Fei Fei Crab but also various type of delicious cuisines. I would like to introduce you with few dishes which you may add into your CNY reunion dinner selection. Crabs are not included in the package but it would be fun to add on their signature crabs dishes during your CNY reunion dinner.

1) Four Season Combination Platter 又发财四喜拼盆

This has been well decorated and presented to be the first served dish. The cold dish of mini octopus is existed on the plate. Nice combination after all.

2) Braised Seafood Soup 红烧海味蟹肉羹

Braised seafood soup is my all time favorite and it is a must in my cny reunion dinner. The freshness of crab meat brings up the sweetness of the soup.

3) Steamed Grouper in Soy Sauce 避风塘蒸龙虎斑

The grouper tastes very good in soy sauce. Fish meat is fresh and tasty.

4) Poached Chicken 碧绿玉兰白切鸡
The kampung chicken meat is firm and flavorful. The combination of poached chicken and vegetables are the perfect match.

5) Portuguese Salted Egg Prawn 葡式金沙海明虾
Here comes my favorite dish, the Portuguese salted egg prawn. The prawns are large in size and fresh. It is best to coat with the sauce of salted egg and peanut.

6) Stir Fried Scallop, Mushroom & Vegetables 龙门带子爆双蔬
This dish is cooked with fried scallop, mushroom and vegetables. Nice combination and tastes good.

7) Golden Fried Rice 金牌银鱼香口饭
The fried rice is prepared with Chinese sausages, prawns and crispy mini anchovies.

8) Desserts 估唔到精美甜品
I am truly in love with their desserts served. It is ice-cream with the topping of oreo and chocolate biscuits.
