Uncle Jang is a Korean Restaurant that serves Dak-Galbi. Dak-Galbi is a well-known dish in Chuncheon, South Korea, it is a stir-fry marinated diced chicken with gochujang (chilli pepper paste), cabbages, sweet potatoes, onions, toboki and mixed together in the hot plate.

There are few branches opened up in Klang Valley, I am herby visited the branch at Kota Damansara. It is located at above TK Bakery. The environment is clean, tidy and spacious where I feel comfortable to dine in. I am not sure whether the branch here is always full house but the time I visited here is at around 7.30pm and it isn't full house. I can finally do not need to travel so far away to Puchong for craving this, it is just so near to me right now at Kota Damansara.

There is an apron prepared on every seats which you can put it on while cooking. Basically, the staff will do the cooking and you can just sit back and relax. Do wear the apron or you might get yourself oily.

Dak-Galbi is served at least 2 persons and above. They are not serving this if you order for one person package for the dish. From my opinion, 2 persons portion are too much for 2 pax but it may be enough for 3 pax because I am too full after finishing my own portion of the Dak-Galbi.

As usual, fresh green vegetables are served, use it to wrap dak-galbi and eat. Kimchi is served too and it is refillable.
