The lou sang comprises of salmon, kampachi, octopus, fruits, etc. All the materials included in the lou sang are fresh, especially the sweet sauce. I pour half of the sweet sauce onto the lou sang and it tastes sweet enough for me. However, it depends on your taste bud whether you want your lou sang to be tasted more sweet or not.

Salmon and Japanese yam are cut nicely into pieces and wrapped with seaweed. It definitely needs a great skill of the chef to prepare this dish and present it so nicely on the plate.

After it is served on the table, it is not yet to be consumed. The staff will then burn the surface layer of the dish with fire right in front of us. It is to enlighten the taste of the special sauce on the sushi.

Kaisen Niniku Nabe comes with seafood, mixed mushroom, broth with chopped garlic and miso paste. The soup is tasted fresh and sweet as well. It is one of their healthy dish on the menu.

We end our meal with a piece of cheese cake. It is small in size and portion is enough as well. Their cheese cake tastes very good!
